Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.
New Year, new FRESH. You've got to start off with a banger and FRESH Jan delivers.
A simple grist of chewy jumbo rolled oats and light larger gives Jan a dense golden ahze and smooth rich body. Then a big blend of Simcoe, Citra and Oregon grown Centennial grab the wheel and take this beer on a citrus heavy road trip. Crack the can and it's a Fruit Ninja blend of fresh cut lemon, lime and white grapefruit, followed with a first sip that's light sweet malt and a mouthful of yellow, orange and green Skittles, peach slices and ripe rockmelon.
Not too heavy, not too light. Just perfect for sitting back and sipping in the sun on a lazy January day. Happy New Year team and keep it FRESH for 2024
