It's a juicy start to winter with FRESH June 2024. Light lager, wheat and a double whammy of rolled and malted oats promise a lush milkshake-smooth malt body.
It's a hop free boil with a touch of Idaho 7 in the whirlpool for background tropical character, followed by a heavy dry hop of Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Eclipse.
In the glass it pours a glowing sunflower yellow with just a hint of hop cone green, topped off with brilliant white foam.
The aroma is upfront sweet passionfruit sorbet and freshly cut Valencia Orange. On the palate the first impression is one of sweetness, followed by bright juicy tangerine and mandarin citrus - and crushed pineapple, ending with a surprisingly clean, dry finish as the citrus character lingers on. Super juicy, super drinkable and super FRESH. What's not to love about winter?
