Yippee ki-yay! Saddle up cowboy, it’s time to ride out onto the range for a fist full of FRESH hops. This March we’ve rounded up a blend of old favourites and new hop varieties. There’s US Amarillo, now one of the elder statesmen of US aroma hops. To this we’ve added Talus, a relative newcomer which like Sabro has been bred in the US from wild neo-mex parentage and Peacherine, a new release from Freestyle hops. This combination produces a juicy sun ripened stone fruit and fresh squeezed OJ aroma, with a lush palate of nectarine, peach, vanilla oak and coconut with back notes of zested grapefruit lime and pine needles. All this wrangled into a can with psychedelic, hop spangled rodeo art from one of our fav artists Tokebi. Remember Mammas, don’t let your babies grow up to be hop heads. Fresh IPA, a rolling, ever changing, monthly series of one offs, brewed in small batches and available only from our brewery outlets and only while stocks last. Each batch is an opportunity to try a new brewery fresh IPA, unfiltered and unfined, showcasing a unique combination of yeast, malt and hops. Just fun, fresh hoppy beer at its best.
