Drinks: 7.7 NOTES: Baltic porter, aged in bourbon, re-barreled and bretted, aged another year, refermented on boysenberries. Our original Baltic Porter with a Wild Workshop twist. Spiked with Brettanomyces and given extended maturation in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel before being fruited with 300g/L whole Boysenberries. Dark, funky, fruited, fun.
